Numbering over 750 staff, our Registration and Licensing (R&L) division significantly contributes to ensuring Victorians are safe on our roads by providing professional customer services, policy advice and specialist services to our customers. The Registration and Licensing environment is constantly shifting and we are committed to improving our processes and providing the best possible service to our customers.

 

The Service Strategy and Innovation team leads a number of core functions critical to the performance and future vision of Registration and Licensing through Strategic Planning, Portfolio Performance, Continuous Improvement and Service Transformation.

 

A new Product Manager role has been created within the Service Transformation team to manage exciting new product and service initiatives. The role will ensure products and services which are vital to the community are customer centric and perform according to our business and regulatory goals. The role is 12 months, fixed term.

 

We are seeking a self-motivated product expert who is passionate about customers. You will have the full toolkit for design thinking and be comfortable working in agile environments. You will be a tireless advocate for your products and understand how to develop sustainable, evidence based strategic roadmaps for your assigned products. You are able to develop the product strategy, and manage performance and delivery.
