This position is based out of TMHA's Melbourne branch site in Dandenong VIC.

Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for processing new equipment customer orders. This includes the preparation of all paperwork for pre delivery through to the delivery and warranty registration of each unit.

Other key aspects of the role include: -

  • Place supplier orders and follow up their delivery in an endeavour to improve the level of service and delivery lead times
  • Process incoming supplier invoices on a daily basis to enable jobs to be closed and invoiced in line with TMHA’s procedures
  • Follow up outstanding purchase orders
  • Maintain Hand Pallet Trucks by ordering sufficient stock for Parts Dept.
  • Maintain Orders Screen and Pre Delivery Status spreadsheet
  • Update TMHA forecast spreadsheet weekly
  • Assist with the administration of equipment stock takes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong customer service experience coupled with a positive desire to perform all functions so as to achieve excellent customer service levels
  • An understanding of the industrial service sector particularly the MHI with particular emphasis on the technical aspects would be desirable
  • Self motivated
  • Strong ability to work within a team environment
  • High level of customer focus
  • Strong self-motivation
  • M3 system knowledge, desirable
  • Good administration skills with intermediate PC skills

This is a salaried position and salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
