Toyota Material Handling Australia Pty Limited (TMHA) was established in July 2003 to distribute and sell industrial equipment manufactured by Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) and TICO's subsidiary companies. TICO is a Japanese multi-national manufacturer and is a global leader in materials handling.

TICO's global strategy is to consolidate its industrial equipment distribution and move to have closer contact with its customers.

This position is based at TMHA’s Moorebank site.

Reporting to the National Fleet Reporting Manager the role is primarily responsible for providing detailed analysis of Material Handling Equipment fleet with cost reduction & operational improvement initiatives.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day to day running & helpdesk support of the TMHA Fleet Management System (I_site)
  • Assist in the delivery of training to both internal and external stakeholders (Sales & Service departments)
  • Assist with the implementation of new & existing contracts where fleet management is required.
  • Monitor & coordinate the performance of any third party supplying services that support the efficient operation of any FMS provided by TMHA.
  • Coordinate & assist with the preparing of reports of TMHA customers, both internal & external.
  • Assist with the implementation phase of new contracts & ongoing fleet reporting where required.
  • Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Technical and/or operational experience (desired)
  • Previous fleet management experience (desired)
  • Superior communication skills;
  • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Excel & Word;
  • Previous exposure to ERP/Operation systems;
  • Good understanding of the Material Handling Industry (desired)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound understanding of risk management concepts
  • Motivated “self starter” with pro active customer service capabilities.

This is a salaried position and salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
