About the Role...

As a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst, you will work with business owners to determine best business solutions that are aligned to Sunsuper’s capabilities and business architecture from start-up phase to completion. You will be responsible for understanding and translating business problems and opportunities into business cases. They are also responsible for gathering and analysing requirements and working with the business owner/s to determine the best business solutions that are aligned to Sunsuper’s capabilities and business architecture.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the business in identifying, quantifying and prioritising problems and opportunities though intelligent analysis of the business environment; demonstrate a clear understanding of business drivers, benefits and costs, business and change impacts whilst considering Customer Experience and Service/Process design.
  • Plan, elicit, prioritise and manage business and stakeholder requirements using best practice business analysis techniques.
  • Coordinate and participate in the estimations process to generate estimates of initiative cost, Net Present Value (NPV) and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Conduct benefits analysis including the preparation and update of benefit maps, benefit realisation plans and benefit profiles.
  • Represent business concepts using BPMN and other visual facilitation tools and methods.
  • Prepare options analysis using techniques such as business model canvas, IDEO circles (feasibility, desirability and viability) etc.
  • Work with Agile delivery teams to translate stakeholder requirements into user stories (functional requirements) and trace these relationships to ensure business needs are met.
  • Anticipate and continually assess risks and issues in terms of strategic business impacts and provide advice and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in benefits transition and business handover and support.
  • Manage complex relationships across Divisions, applying excellent facilitation skills to ensure group dialogue is effective, outcome-focused and gains consensus of view.
  • Grow the skills of other Enterprise Business Analysts by coaching, mentoring, peer-reviewing and leading analysis activities.
  • Create and enhance EBA resources and tools maintained by the EBA Practice.

 

About You...

You will be an excellent communicator, and have the ability to establish and maintain trusting and credible stakeholder relationships. You will be able to step in, lead and strategise, and you will have a proven ability to plan, scope, define and support delivery of business objectives in a both an agile and waterfall project environment. You will be solution oriented and proficient at facilitating collaborative workshops including resolution of ambiguity and stakeholder conflict.
