The Role''s Purpose

As Administration Officer you will perform administrative tasks which include allocating, dispatching and redistributing tickets of work to TechSafe Field Staff who then complete requested electrical inspection appointments. As a hybrid role which blends together customer service, administration and scheduling this role is best suited to a customer service focused individual with administration experience.

Key Responsibilties & Duties

  • Ensure the smooth delivery of administrative duties including allocating, dispatching and redistributing work to the field. 

  • Provide assistance with inbound calls and queries

  • Liaise and provide support to field resources to ensure work requests are completed

  • Analyse field resource productivity and performance

  • Manage and undertake the return of work daily or as required

  • Daily allocation of all ad hoc appointment requests including faults, appointments and miscellaneous jobs

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure all dealings with customers/clients are professional and polite

  • Admin duties associated with billing/invoicing activities

What You''ll Bring To The Role

 To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment

  • Competencies in suite of MS Office products

  • Excellent organisation and administration details

  • High level attention to detail with well-developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive, proactive professional approach and willingness to ''own the job'' until completion
