Join a great Australian icon. Working with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) you will be supporting a team of dedicated professionals providing health care to people living and working in regional, rural and remote Australia.

Reporting to the Senior People and Culture Advisor, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional administration support to the People and Culture (P&C) team, encompassing Human Resources (HR) and Safety, Quality, Risk (SQR) functions. This is a hands on role working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders.

You will possess a good working knowledge of recruitment, on boarding and payroll administration along with the ability to manage and administer the document control and internal auditing processes. An understanding of SharePoint, Air Maestro and Flare are highly desirable.

We are looking for a self-starter who is flexible, reliable and can work autonomously whilst balancing competing priorities and deadlines. A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic will be key to your success in the role. The right person will also actively demonstrate and reinforce our values, and enjoy working collaboratively to provide a high quality customer focussed service.
