The Role and Responsibilities

The Knowledge Management Officer is responsible for production of high-quality School communications, including newsletters for various stakeholders and groups, intranet content, support for student experience and promotional activities and events.

The Knowledge Management Officer will work closely with the Coordinator Knowledge Management and Events and the Manager, Academic and Student Operations.

Skills & Experience Required

As the successful candidate you will have experience with communication within a large and diverse organisation. You will have knowledge of and ability to work to communication and marketing plans. Essential to this role will be your ability to analyse and synthesise data to provide reports and high-level advice. Excellent skills in information and communication technologies including; Microsoft Office, University software packages, web and email software, database use and management and skills in design software will be imperative for your success in this role.
