Key responsibilities of the role:-

• Undertake investigations and disciplinary action in relation to legislation administered by OLGR.

• Prepare reports, complaints and summons and make recommendations relating to investigations and enforcement actions and prepare ministerial correspondence.

• Monitor and promote commitment to harm minimisation within the liquor and gambling industries.

• Attend Court on behalf of the Crown to give evidence or present the facts in brief.

• Research and interpret legislation, regulations and guidelines.

• Acquire and maintain a high level of knowledge in liquor and gaming legislation, internal controls and other related matters in order to provide authoritative advice.

• Undertake projects as directed.

• Work individually and as an effective team member
