Casual Disability Assistant (Notetaker/Reader/Writer)


TAFE NSW supports and empowers thousands of students in hundreds of courses across multiple campuses and online. We are one of Australia's largest vocational education and training providers.
We are seeking to create a casual pool of notetaker positions to work across all TAFE NSW locations in the Sydney Region. This role will provide support to teaching sections to help to deliver outstanding learning experiences to students.


The Role:
Assist students with learning needs to access education and training by writing/typing, transcribing and/or reading relevant course materials. For further details please refer to the information package and position description.


Do you have:

• Knowledge of and interest in using technology to support students.
• Demonstrated organisational skills applicable to educational settings.
• Understanding of and ability to work with diverse populations
• Understanding of Equity and Work, Health and Safety principles
