About the role

 

The Manager Service Strategy and Design is responsible for establishing and maintaining the organisation’s service strategy, including ensuring ICT service designs align to the service strategy, communicating service designs to the appropriate stakeholders and defining and maintaining the service-life cycle management framework, to ensure alignment with ICT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture.

The role is also responsible for the definition and development of service ensuring the service is managed over its entire lifecycle and contributes to the objectives of the organisation

This is an ongoing role in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.

 A Recruitment Pool may be created to fill similar roles for both ongoing and temporary opportunities if and as they arise.

 

Essential Requirements

 

- Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent industry/professional experience at a senior level, with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012.

-       Salary range $124,965.00 pa - $144,521.00 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
