Job Title:  Leasing Officer

Job Grade / Classification: Clerk Grade 5/6

Employment Type: Full Time, Ongoing role

Location:  Hurstville (relocating to Parramatta end 2019)

·     An exciting opportunity to work across the Planning & Environment cluster corporate leased property portfolio.  A coordination role administering all aspects of office accommodation lease management and associated analysis and reporting.

·    Collaborating with a new, vibrant team of Property and cluster professionals in one of the largest and most dynamic NSW Government agency clusters.

  • Potential to make a valuable and significant contribution to the implementation of projects that will enhance the working environment for the employees who work to make life better for the people of New South Wales.

About the Role:

Working in the Strategic Property and Fleet team the Leasing Officer is responsible for delivering and contributing to allocated work, initiatives and projects and undertaking a range of research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of services within Property, Facilities and Fleet.

 

Essential requirements:

Relevant tertiary and/or trade qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in asset management.

Experience and knowledge of relevant asset project delivery.

 

To be successful in the role, ideally you will have:

Experience in a multi-site environment working with office accommodation leases preferably within the Public Sector

 

Experience working in a corporate customer service delivery area in a property, facilities and/or fleet related environment.
