Job Title:  Facilities Officer

Job Grade / Classification: Clerk Grade 5/6

Employment Type: Full Time, Ongoing role

Location:  Sydney CBD (relocating to Parramatta end 2019)

  • Working on exciting projects within the Property, Facilities and Fleet team for the entire Planning & Environment cluster, which may include accommodation delivery, building restacks and relocations. 
  • Collaborating with a new, vibrant team of Facilities and cluster professionals in one of the largest and most dynamic NSW Government agency clusters
  • Potential to make a valuable and significant contribution to the  implementation of projects that will enhance the working environment for the employees who work to make life better for the people of New South Wales.


About the Role:

The Facilities Officer is responsible for delivering and contributing to allocated work, initiatives and projects and undertaking a range of research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of services within Property, Facilities and Fleet.

 

Essential requirements:

Relevant tertiary and/or trade qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in asset management.

Demonstrated understanding and experience in facilities management in an office accommodation environment across multiple sites.

 

To be successful in the role, ideally you will have:

Experience and knowledge of relevant asset project delivery.
