Job Grade / Classification: Clerk Grade 1/2

Employment Type: Full Time, Ongoing role

Location:  Sydney CBD (relocating to Parramatta end 2019)

      ·    Working on exciting projects within the Property, Facilities and Fleet team            for the entire Planning & Environment cluster, which may include                          accommodation delivery, building restacks and relocations.

  •  Collaborating with a new, vibrant team of Facilities and cluster  professionals in one of the largest and most dynamic NSW Government  agency clusters.
  •  Potential to make a valuable and significant contribution to the  implementation of projects that will enhance the working environment for  the employees who work to make life better for the people of New South  Wales.

About the Role:


The Assistant Facilities Support Officer is responsible for providing project and administrative support to allocated activities, initiatives and projects and undertaking a range of base research, analysis and reporting to support the development and delivery or services within Property, Facilities and Fleet.


Essential requirements:


Experience in providing advice / assistance with building services or office accommodation issues.


To be successful in the role, ideally you will have:


Demonstrated experience in providing advice and assistance on office accommodation issues across multiple sites, preferably within the NSW Public Sector
