· Key role in providing high level ministerial and executive support to Property and Advisory Group Executives

· Full time role based in Sydney

· Grade 9/10, salary package up to $131,969 per annum

This role

Join a dynamic, engaged team that provides high level ministerial, executive, administrative and project support to the divisions within PNSW and the works directly with the Deputy Secretary, in order to contribute to efficient business operations.


 Key Accountabilities:


· Ensuring multiple competing projects are completed within tight deadlines and providing high levels of quality support and guidance.

· Preparing written Ministerial briefings, and correspondence on behalf of the Ministers Office, and the CEO within the required timeframes.

· Managing, prepare written communications and reviewing all incoming briefings for the CEO.

· Managing,  prepare written communications for GIPA requests, House Folder Notes and Cabinet Submssions.

· Satisfying stakeholders enquiries and meeting requirements in a timely, courteous and efficient manner whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

· Planning and prioritising high volumes of work with conflicting and critical deadlines with internal and external stake holders.

· Supporting the Executive Directors, Directors and Senior Managers with briefings, submissions and resports.

Salary: Grade 9/10 maximum salary package up to $131,969 Package includes salary [$108,044 – $119,061] and employer’s contribution to superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
