Job Title: Business Services Lead
Job Grade / Classification: Clerk Grade 7/8
Employment Status: Ongoing– Full Time
Location:  Pitt Street, Sydney (Relocating to Parramatta at the end of 2019)

To be successful in the role, ideally you will have:
• Well-developed verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage the activities of a team of administrative staff
• Identify issues and solutions to continuously improve service delivery
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
• Research, analyse, interpret and present business, operational and financial information
• Prepare correspondence and briefing notes to guide decision making
• Undertake operational projects and
• Provide administration support functions to support senior managers

Essential Requirements:
The ability to manage a team and to create and manage an inclusive team environment
Experience in monitoring end of month budget reports in SAP
