We have an opportunity for a Senior Communications Advisor – Internal, to join the Property and Advisory Group Corporate Affairs team.


The role will have responsibility for building the culture of our two brands – Public Works Advisory and Property NSW.


The successful candidate will be a skilled internal communications professional, with experience developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives for medium to large organisations.


The role includes a heavy writing focus, including drafting organisation-wide communications, reports, and managing content on channels such as the intranet. The role will have responsibility for our internal events program, and will act as the communications lead on major change and transition activities.


It will also include liaising with the central agency on communication initiatives impacting the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.


We’re looking for someone who is creative, can generate new ideas to drive employee engagement and who is adept at managing multiple stakeholders.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience in the Adobe suite of products is favourable.

Salary: Grade 9/10 maximum salary package up to $131,969 package includes salary [$108,044 - $119,061] and employer’s contribution to superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
