Job description:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration & Events Coordinator within our Catering operation at our leading aged care organisation located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. 

This fast-paced, diverse role plays a key function in the success of the Hotel Services department.

We seek a skilled individual who is looking for a new challenge and exposure to a rewarding professional and personal experience within a growth industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager Catering and Catering department.
  • Coordinate, plan and communication of all catering and related events ensuring effective communication with key parties.
  • Manage the new staff experience (including documentation and training records)
  • Coordinate external commercial catering orders and build strong client relations.


  • Previous experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to provide high level administration skills to multiple events and functions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Outstanding teamwork skills and willingness to help others
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholder
  • Good all round office management skills


  • Previous experience in coordinating functions and events
