Finance Administrator - Shared Services - Finance

This is a highly rewarding but challenging role working in our busy Finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Complete the Finalisation and EOL margin investigation and system according to weekly / monthly timetables;
  • Locate & forward appropriate documents to supplier/s on Renewable Energy Certificate Rebate Management and cancel outstanding orders and allocate REC costs to jobs;
  • Investigate & code Electricity/Gas invoices;
  • Investigate and code problem AP invoices;
  • Scan & validate council infringement notices;
  • Reinstate cancelled orders;
  • Assist with AP queries for cancelled and closed orders and jobs;
  • Monitor staff purchase email box;
  • Review requests for staff purchases;
  • Ensure pre-payment for staff purchases;
  • Order Items from vendors;
  • Maintain register of staff purchases;
  • Assist AP, AR and production estimating with daily processing and systems issues in compliance; and
  • Maintain the Integrity of ERP systems.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in a administration role with exposure to financial administration duties with the proven ability to work in a volume business & fast paced environment;
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable with your work, and assist the team when and where required;
  • High attention to detail and efficiency is essential;
  • Accurate data entry, allocation and reporting skills;
  • Ability to meet set deadlines with a high quality standard of work;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems; and
  • A proactive approach to all tasks undertaken within a dynamic financial environment.
