Located only 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, we are currently seeking a Senior Youth Project Officer to deliver the funded North West region Youth Learning Pathways Project.

The successful applicant will deliver the North West region Youth Learning Pathways Project. The project is designed for young people aged between 17-25 years, who are currently not in education, employment or training to be provided with opportunities into meaningful employment. The project mainly, but not exclusively targets young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who are currently involved, or are at risk of being involved in the criminal justice system. The Senior Youth Project Officer role will include all aspects of project management, including planning activities, budget and engagement, quality assurance and evaluation.

Project Management experience within a Community Services funded program delivery setting will also be considered desirable.

A tertiary qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Welfare or a related discipline is required.

It is essential that the successful applicant is able to work flexible hours, including some after hours work. Hours of work will vary according to client and service unit needs.
