We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Project HSE Advisors interested in joining our Energy and Technology team for an up and coming Wind farm project in Western Victoria.

Reporting to the Project/Construction Manager, you will be responsible for reinforcing the HSE strategy at site level, driving improved performance by identifying trends, analysing statistics, preparing reports and implementing compliance initiatives, identifying and addressing risk.

You will also be tasked with providing training, guidance and identifying opportunities within the contract to encourage safe practices. Moreover, you will be able to provide leadership support across risk, compliance, incident investigation, quality control, environmental management and continuous improvement. In this role, particular focus will be on the development, implementation and ongoing measuring and evaluation of our HSE Management Systems, ensuring accurate reporting on compliance in line with our Global Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role your experience will be gained from within other top or mid-tier contractors that deliver either construction or engineering maintenance projects. Ideally you will be Tertiary Qualified, at Diploma level, as a minimum. Preferably, you will hold a relevant Lead Auditing Qualification and be an expert in accredited safety systems and incident investigation.
