We currently have a requirement for a Regional Development Manager for our NSW Retirement Living business.

As the Regional Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the execution of many projects within the Retirement Living NSW portfolio and new business opportunities under the direction of the General Manager for Development.

Reporting to the General Manager for Development, as the Regional Development Manager you will be tasked with ensuring key Retirement Living developments are delivered within program and the overall performance of the developments, financial outcomes, is achieved in accordance to the business plan and investment approvals.  In addition, in this dynamic role you will make strategic decisions & manage additional development projects underway in our NSW retirement living pipeline.

Critical to your success in this role will be leading and driving a high performing, collaborative teams as well as a wide range of key tasks including the management of the development programme and briefs, commercial reporting, obtaining approvals, sales & marketing activities, compliance within the sustainability framework, consistent clear communications with village teams and customers & ensuring project EH&S plans are implemented and reviewed.

Significant experience as a Development Manager with full life cycle exposure preferable, coupled with a tertiary qualification in a property/construction/engineering/project management, property quantity surveying related field is essential. Additionally, experience in working closely with sales, marketing and design project team members to extract efficient design and maximize commercial returns is essential.
