This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner to join the John Holland national Building Group focusing on a large scale land mark project. The
primary purpose of this role is to establish and manage the process of planning, creating detail programmes, and monitoring performance to deliver
the best quality projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Implement planning strategies and audits / reviews for projects

  • Ensure project planning activities are conducted in accordance with JH polocies.

  • Supervise staff undertaking planning & controls activities, exercising funcitonal control over all onsite
    staff with planning / scheduling responsibilies.

  • Advise Project Managers in report interpretation, analysis of project performance,
    forward planning and development of corrective actions.

To be successful in this key role, you must have:

  • Qualification in Building, Construction Management or Engineering

  • Minimum 3yrs in a similar role.

  • Strong experience demonstated across large and complex building
