About the role: 

Under the direction of the National Manager Health & Workers Compensation this position is accountable for providing effective administration of Workers Compensation claims and return to work.

Initially you will be providing support to the NSW business with the view to progress into a national role.


Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Assistance and follow up of return to work plans
  • Data entry of Workers Compensation claims
  • Processing of workers compensation invoices
  • Workers Compensation projects as requested
  • Administration of required document management processes
  • Administration of archived materials management
  • Generation of monthly reports
  • Collate and enter statistical information for the department

To be considered for this role you will need to have Return to work Coordination training and at least 3 - 5 years'' experience in Workers Compensation/RTW Administration. Previous experience working within a Workers Compensation team is also a requirement.
