Our Brisbane Branch is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the friendly and successful team as a Used Equipment Manager. Based in Brisbane the role supports Used Equipment sales throughout QLD & Northern NSW.

As a key member of the Brisbane branch management team you will be responsible for selling used construction and earthmoving equipment to existing and potential customers by developing and maintaining key relationships and actively marketing machinery within a defined region.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating Sales to existing and potential clients in a safe and ethical manner
  • Positively engaging and strengthening profitable relationships through direct sales approaches
  • Assist Construction Equipment Sales department in securing orders and meeting sales targets
  • Being a motivating and driving force for setting and achieving budgeted sales targets
  • Assign and manage market trade values and retail pricing
  • Manage and maintain stock inventory levels
  • Attend promotional activities and industry events in active representation of the Hitachi brand
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to whilst maintaining best business practice

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated Experience in a similar position
  • A high-level understanding of OEM Earthmoving equipment and components
  • An ambitious desire to meet and exceed targets within your region and be a success leader
  • Strategic and innovative sales strategies with clear communication and strong presentation skills
  • Availability to travel periodically to other Branches throughout the territory
