Due to growth we are currently searching for a Parts Interpreter to work within the Customer Service Call Centre team based in Revesby. This role will see you supporting our customers and assisting them in identifying the appropriate parts for their equipment. In this role you will be required to work Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and Saturday, 7am-3pm.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager your duties will include:

  • Providing great customer service and sound technical advice
  • Interpreting customer requirements and identifying appropriate parts
  • Answering and replying to orders and enquires via phone, email, web portal and other sources
  • Reviewing customer orders ensuring they are correct, applying a high level of attention to detail

As the ideal candidate you will possess the following key attributes:

  • Strong parts knowledge with a customer service background
  • The ability to multitask and navigate between system and databases
  • The ability to communicate with a diverse range stakeholders from various areas of our business, internally and externally
  • Highly development communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of Earthmoving, Construction or Automotive equipment is highly desirable but not essential.
