The Company

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCMA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. With a solid network of branches nationally, we service a multitude of customers, including mining, construction, quarry and forestry with quality equipment and after sales support.

The Role

With continued growth in our Service divisions, our Emerald branch is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Administrator to join the team. This role will be best suited to someone who enjoys systematic attention to detailed work. Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Internal, customer and warranty work order opening, preparation and closure for all service invoicing
  • Timesheet processing and payroll support
  • Purchase order and invoice processing
  • Service employee training, accommodation and induction scheduling

    To be successful you will have

  • Experience  - Prior background working in a similar service or heavy industrial environment position
  • Skillset - Computerised Management System proficiency in invoicing, warranty, purchase orders and payroll. Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded. Microsoft Office fluency.
