We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with extraordinary customer service skills to join our 24/7 Support Centre, working Monday to Friday. This role will involve responding to a high volume of inbound customer orders, mainly via email, web portals and phone. This position is fundamental in providing excellent customer service while at the same time delivering great outcomes for the business by processing customer orders effectively and efficiently. This role is ideal for a driven individual that is detail focused and has the ability to think two steps ahead.

About the role:

  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries including but not limited to; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order enquires and much more
  • Entering all sales order information into our internal databases
  • Reviewing customer orders ensuring they are correct, applying a high level of attention to detail
  • Liaise with customers in relations to purchase orders
  • Providing sales quotes via email to any customers

You will possess the following key attributes:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and navigate between system and databases
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from various areas of our business, internally and externally
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Experienced working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment high volume order processing or previous internal/counter sales experience.
