Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. With a solid network of branches nationally, we service a multitude of customers, including construction, agriculture, quarry, forestry and mining with leading OEM equipment and after sales support.

The Role

With strong growth in our Service divisions, HCA's Dandenong branch is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join the team. This is a newly created role and will be best suited to someone who enjoys varied work in a friendly, successfully busy and buzzing work environment. You will be an influential member of the team coordinating all service personnel administration and working cross-departmentally to ensure the efficient scheduling and planning of our labour service delivery to meet and exceed customer requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Personable and Professional Presentation & Communication Skills - above all else, your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience & Skillset - Strong project coordination managing Customer relationship success and service support - prior background working within construction, mining and the heavy industrial environment would be highly regarded
  • Planning & Coordinating skills using a CRM with accurate database information management
  • Safety Conscious - A strong, developed awareness and commitment to personal and peer health and safety.
  • Analytical thinking - Ability to navigate through service and resource allocation issues
