We are on the hunt for our next Customer Service superstar to join our Customer Experience team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic contact centre environment, who enjoys helping clients over the phone. We need an efficient problem solver who has exceptional customer service and communication skills to provide a friendly, empathetic and positive experience to our clients.

Key Tasks of the role include:

  • Handling high volume of inbound calls
  • Booking services and actioning variations to pre-existing services
  • Administratively assisting field managers
  • Updating client information
  • Meeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environment

 About you

  • You will be someone that is calm and steady in times of peak traffic
  • Previous experience working within a contact or call centre
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with highly developed telephone techniques
  • You will have a high level of computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and databases)

Flexibility is imperative in this position as you will work across 7 days ranging from 6am to 10pm. This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract. For more information about this role please see the attached position description.
