We are looking for an organised and capable Executive Administrator, who has previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Support Officer working with Senior Account Executives. If you excel in meeting expectations, are flexible and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude are invited to apply.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing high level administrative support to each of the Dialog Group service brands – Dialog, AccessHQ and Catapult BI
  • Prioritising and monitoring tasks and activities for the Account Executives that includes assisting with Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) and Tender responses
  • Preparation and formatting of consultant briefs and resumes
  • Preparation of agendas and attending weekly Account Executive meetings
  • Liaising with external clients and key stakeholders on behalf of the account executive team as directed
  • Management of outlook calendars and scheduling appointments and travel as directed
  • Assisting the Corporate Service Finance team in weekly checking of consultant timesheets and monthly invoice checking as required
It is essential that you have the ability to work diligently and have the following skills: 
  • Able to prioritise conflicting tasks
  • High level skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliability and a positive can-do attitude
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
