Dialog Group Victoria is hiring for a Recruitment Coordinator who will play an integral role within its Victorian Corporate Services function. Your role will be supporting the Victorian Services teams by providing recruitment activities including; posting job advertisements, screening resumes, phone screening, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, updating and tracking the application tracking system/recruitment database and building talent pools. You will be a natural team player with a proactive can-do attitude and demonstrate the following:
  • Strong ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced support/administrative recruitment environment  
  • Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems or Recruitment Databases such as CATS or JobAdder
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the business and build strong relationships with the stakeholders and consultants
  • Proven team player with a positive can-do attitude
