Dialog requires a Scrum Master with the following capabilities:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Scrum Master role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, dealing with team members and clients
  • Organise Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-up, planning, backlog grooming, retrospective and reviews
  • Chair Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Collaborate with Product Owner grooming product backlog, prioritisation and conveying expectation to the scrum team
  • Provide leadership support to scrum team (clear blocker, defining sprint goals and ongoing support throughout sprint)
  • Deliver sprint report to the project manager and key stakeholder
  • Manage and maintain Information Radiator (Kanban board, Burndown Chart)
  • Project team meetings attendance
