We are seeking an experienced Aquatic professional to join the leadership team at Reservoir Leisure Centre (RLC) as the Program Leader – Swim School. An ideal candidate will bring a strong leadership to the centre from the front lines while also managing the back of house operations.

You must be able to work towards achieving the highest industry standards, lead a diverse team of Swim Teachers and program staff. You must be willing to work as a member of the swim teacher team, have a strong understanding of the Swim and Survive curriculum and have vast experience in School’s swimming programs.

You must hold a current Pool Lifeguard award, Level 2 First Aid certificate, Austswim –Teacher of Water Safety, Defibrillator qualification, a current Working with Children Check and will be required to undertake a police check. Austswim Teacher of Infants, Competitive Strokes, Adults, Access and Inclusion and Assessors Certificates are desired but can be attained at a later date.

Overall, we seek a leader and team member who will bring a positive attitude who is available to work various hours across mornings, nights and weekends.
