We’re looking for an energetic and dedicated person to join our skilled and valued team.

This unique and challenging role straddles strategic and operational functions to increase employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

You will guide the ongoing implementation of the Darebin Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Strategy, support our mentor program for current Aboriginal employees, and proactively represent Council on the Darebin Aboriginal Advisory Committee.

You will also provide high quality, contemporary HR advice and services to internal customers, with an emphasis on Recruitment and Selection, and Employment Programs.
