We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our Customer Relations Team.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, well-developed communication skills and a professional, friendly, polite and positive manner
To succeed in this role, you will have experience as a leader, supervisor or senior officer within a customer service team and be comfortable providing training, guidance and support to other staff.

You will be confident dealing with customer complaints, feedback, resolving conflict and negotiating acceptable outcomes. You will also have the ability to develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
