We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Business Partner to provide commercial support and advisory to senior Operations and financial leadership teams.

We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Business Partner to provide commercial support and advisory to senior Operations and financial leadership teams. Reporting to the General Manager - Commercial, your key responsibilities will be leading and developing a commercial team, end of month and management reporting, contractual compliance & reviews, and financial analysis of specified internal portfolios.

  • Deliver easily digestible and actionable financial reporting, analysis and commentary to management to support decision-making, forecasting outcomes of commercial initiatives and drive value creation
  • Planning including 90-day forecast, annual budget, periodic forecasting & multi-year plan
  • Build commercial models for tenders & ensure contractual price escalations and variations are implemented effectively
  • Monitor performance and use effective leadership, coaching and communication techniques to motivate, empower and develop team
  • implement opportunities for improvement and streamlining of existing processes

Your success in this role will stem from your significant commercial accounting experience post CPA or CA qualification. In addition, you will possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, attention to detail and strong internal and external communication and influencing skills. Experience with Oracle financials and internal audit along with contract experience – interpretation and commercial review will also be highly regarded. You will be commercial and results oriented and be able to demonstrate sound technical and analytical skills and the ability to lead and drive team performance.
