The Successful Candidate:

We are searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Store Manager in Training for the Newcastle Area. As a Store Manager in Training, you will learn how to drive a sales culture that discovers customers' needs and delivers solutions to build Bay Audio loyalty and change people's lives. Due to our growth our Store Manager's in Training are growing with our Store openings! We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with customers and team members
  • Is able to drive the team and achieve store targets/KPIs
  • Good administration skills
  • Has a vibrant and bright personality
  • Can actively engage with members of the public and encourage them to take a hearing test
  • Has flexible working hours - 7 day flexibility is desirable

The Duties:

You will be trained to:

  • Run the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Actively encourage customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing and use the Touch Screen Test
  • Schedule and follow up appointments for potential customers to meet our Clinician
  • Grow your business and achieve set KPIs and targets
  • Provide support to the customers and Clinician
  • Build rapport with new and current customers
