Bay Audio Hearing Experts is a leading Australian provider of hearing services in a retail format. We launched in Australia in 2007, and currently have 66 stores across the Eastern seaboard of Australia, with continued plans for expansion. We have a new key role to support our retail growth and expansion, based in Parramatta for a motivated and experienced Property Manager.

The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the scoping of suitable new store and relocation tenancies in addition to the management of the leasing and maintenance requirements. They will ensure a consistent pipeline of potential opportunities is available to our business and negotiate commercially savvy leasing arrangements in line with business expectations as well as drive the activity around the store-builds and opening program.

Reporting to the national Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop new store development plans and opportunities;
  • Facilitate store relocations;
  • Negotiate new leases and drive lease renewals and processes;
  • Oversee facility maintenance;
  • Achievement of financial performance and maintenance of budgets for new stores and existing tenancies;
  • Some travel will be required (including interstate)

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous Property experience, as a guide 2 - 5 years;
  • A proven track record in negotiation;
  • Commercial acumen, including reporting and financial knowledge;
  • The ability to contribute to strategic planning;
  • The ability to juggle tasks to meet shifting deadlines;
  • Leading, inspiring & developing a cohesive, high performing culture & instilling a sense of purpose so your teams embrace & support the organisations values and strategy as we continue to roll out new stores
