About the Role:

Working as part of a shared care team, this role is responsible for developing, managing and delivering optimised rosters per cycle for our Victorian based internal direct care workforce, aligning with our business processes and SCHADS award. A successful CSS demonstrates a commitment to our values and mission to support business and customer outcomes.

Skills, Duties and Qualifications:

* Driven approach to customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude towards problem solving and an attention to detail
* Experience in all facets of rostering in a large organisation
* Demonstrated administrative background with highly developed IT skills (essential)
* Experience in communicating with a number of stakeholders (internal and external)
* Understanding of rostering and customer databases, including CareLink+ (preferable)
* Supports the effective marketing and promotion of Baptcare services to customers and families.
