About the organisation

About the role
Reporting to the State Manager VIC and TAS, the Operations Manager Family and Children's Services (FACS) Victoria is responsible for positively contributing to the overall effectiveness of the FACS segment. Responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic and operational plan requirements for all FACS programs and services in Victoria in line with the Baptcare strategy.

Duties, skills and experience
* Tertiary degree qualified within a relevant field
* Minimum 5+ years working in a senior management position within the sector or related sector
* Sophisticated knowledge, understanding and experience of the sector, system, services and programs
* Knowledge of and experience in working within a funding environment
