ICT Training and Support Officer

IT Department

Fixed Term Part Time until 6 September 2019

(Maternity leave replacement)
(30.4 hours per fortnight)

Ballarat Health Services IT Department is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an ICT Training and Support Officer.

 

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and problem solving skills. The ICT Training and Support Officer is responsible for creating and delivering training packages to BHS staff to help them utilise technical tools, commonly used hardware and multiple software packages. They will also assist with IT workflows and ensure all tools are being used to their full potential.

 

Working with the IT team, you will assist with large projects, develop and deliver training programs/packages/materials, and provide support for departments in managing changes relating to ICT.
