About the Position

Anglicare NT has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join our busy ICT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software systems that automate our catalogue of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) services including account provisioning, device provisioning, and common systems/network administrative functions. Working in conjunction with the ICT team, you will aid in the continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, core infrastructure and Anglicare NT’s business software ecosystem.

To be considered you will have:

  • a tertiary degree, or equivalent industry experience, in Software Engineering or Information Systems.
  • experience with ITSM automation and Mobile Device Management, preferably with Microsoft System Center (SCORCH, SCCM) and/or Microsoft Intune.
  • a strong background in technical systems administration (Microsoft AD and Citrix Xenapp) and network administration (IPv4 and IPv6 LAN/WLAN/WAN).
  • exposure to DevOps principles and practices highly desirable.
  • exposure to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server and Power BI highly desirable.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Northern Territory Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
