We’re currently looking for multiple Test Managers to join our team based in Adelaide.  If you can answer these simple questions passionately, clearly and concisely maybe you should join us here at AccessHQ.
Specific Skills and experience we're looking for in this role:
  • Oversee and manage the testing definition, documentation and successful completion of large scale, complex program/project. 
  • Provide expert and authoritative advice and guidance on all aspects of test planning and execution. 
  • Promote and ensure the use of appropriate project testing techniques, methodologies and tools, including risk, issue and defect management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
  • Oversee and manage the monitoring and reporting of project testing related trends and performance against project plans and schedules.
  • Oversee and manage the development of ICT testing cost estimates to incorporate into project budgets.
  • Manage testing resources, expenses and capital costs against the project forecasts.
  • Manage capability and resource development by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project team(s) in relation to testing.
