We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can mirror our passion for delivering the best Quality Assurance integrated solutions along with an unparalleled Customer Experience.

To be successful:
  • You will demonstrate strong business development skills as a hunter but you will also be a strategic thinker, a key relationship builder and a customer problem solver.
  • You will have a strong understanding of business philosophy at strategic level, specifically how technology can solve strategic business problems by being engaged at ‘C’ level.
  • You will recognise that given the ubiquity of professional networks and social media the transactional business model of the 20th Century is no longer valid. The customer comes first and that your long term success demands a relationship focused customer-centric approach based on honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to add value to the customer.
  • You will have a demonstrable history of success selling IT Managed Services or Professional Services primarily in large, complex accounts and have a wide ranging network of contacts across a range of technologies, clients, industries and domains including private and public sectors.
  • You will attend and possibly participate in industry networking events and will take part in general marketing activities.
  • Your 'Can Do' attitude and positive energy are an inspiration to your mentors, peers and junior colleagues alike.
  • You will have a habit of setting your own goals and reaching them in and out of the work environment.
  • You will display strong interpersonal skills, both technical and non-technical in all your stakeholder relationships, valuing collaboration, trust, participation and professionalism.
