About the role

The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of the APO and the team in providing effective and efficient administration support to ensure optimum team performance.

The APO works to ensure that the money AMP invests in projects delivers the best possible organisational and customer outcomes, by ensuring project capital investment in projects is clearly aligned to the AMP Group’s strategies.


Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the diary Management for Head of APO; maintaining the day to day diary, booking meeting rooms and catering

- Set up of FSR (Funding Submission Review) meetings for projects and the business. FSR is the forum by which projects request capital funding. FSR also acts as a governance oversight by way of peer review across multiple stakeholder groups

- Build relationships with a broad range of senior stakeholder groups and their EA/PA support network to ensure smooth facilitation of various APO forums

- Assist in the co-ordination of on-boarding processes for permanent and contract staff, including set up for all new starters within the APO

- Review all incoming invoices for accuracy, process invoices within required deadline


Capabilities & Experience

- Extensive experience in a secretarial/administration role supporting senior manager/s

- Effective handling of discrete and sensitive to confidential information

- Confidence in liaising with people at all levels

- Strong organisation and planning skills, ability to multi task
