The primary responsibilities of the Project Co-Ordinator will include however not be limited to:


  • Coordinate and support Customer 1st Ranging key meetings scheduling / coordination in line with program key milestones

  • Rigorously track key stakeholders presence for key meetings

  • Collate key outputs / files of project to ensure key outputs are captured and stored on single repository

  • Coordinate Customer 1st Ranging team administrative tasks and process such as invoicing, new joiners on-boarding, team survey and team events

  • Provide ad-hoc support to Space & Insights team in coordinating team offsite organisation

  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support in managing project team's leadership calendar

To be successful you will have:


Skills / Knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in reporting & follow through

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Effective use of Google suite tools (or Windows equivalent)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, incl. with senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable interacting with different team members, able to build relationships

  • Good team player



  • Experience in an administrative role within a retail/sales environment

  • Experience in Event planning and coordination
