  • Exciting leadership role in WooliesX where you will provide analysis, modelling and recommendations to support concept development, costing and development of solutions to be implemented within ECommerce Operations team

  • Manage from concept development to implementation specific ECommerce Operations initiatives.


About The Role:

Working across our Bella Vista and Surry Hills offices and being responsible for developing project analysis, costings and solutions in line with industry best practices as well as ensuring that  costing and analysis is accurate, well documented and clearly presented, you will also be involved in:

  • Idea generation and analysis and development of quality solutions.

  • Analysis and development of commercial and operational solutions as requested by business teams

  • Provide the business with capability for process improvement analysis, diagnostics and solutions.

  • Use industry standard business improvement methodologies to deliver desired business outcomes.

  • Provide the business with capability for process improvement analysis, diagnostics and solutions.

  • Lead the design in Projects and Change activities through Business Improvement techniques and tools

  • Lead the team to capture the AS-IS / TO-BE components of the Operating Model

  • Stakeholder management (impact assessments, running improvement workshops, project planning from process improvement perspective).

  • Provide general decision support analysis as and when required by the ECommerce Operations management team

With exceptional people leadership and influencing skills, you will have :

  • Demonstrated experience in people management

  • Demonstrated experience as an commercial / business financial analyst, at a large organisation or supporting complex projects

  • Experience in collaborating with others to achieve outcomes

  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentation.

  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual capabilities with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse multiple business units data

  • High commercial/financial acumen

  • Business case development
