As the Multi-Channel Content Planner for one of Australia’s largest retailers, you would be responsible for managing the planning & production of our multichannel content. You will bring our brand to life through best in class content that drives customers’ positive perception & action. You will work with owned channels & the media team to distribute this content in the right way to the right audiences.

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:


  • Degree qualified (Marketing or related)       

  • A strong creative eye

  • Experience in digital marketing and/ or digital customer experience.

  • Experience in managing the planning and production of multichannel content

  • A strong customer focus

  • Strong communication skills and ability to confidently work with a variety of key stakeholders

  • Strategic and logical thinking

  • Sound organisation and time management skills

  • A passion for food

  • Driven, proactive and works well autonomously and within a team

  • Displays a high level of initiative and drive for results

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize

  • Strong project management skills


Although not essential, it would also be great if you had the following:


  • Experience working in the retail industry and/ or major food brand

  • Experience in other marketing/ digital marketing channels
