Reporting to the BWS Merchandise Manager, the Digital Content Specialist is charged with executing BWS’ digital content strategy, whilst bringing to life ‘digitally’, seasonal trading & supplier campaigns.

The role, whilst primarily focusing on producing, optimising and maintaining digital content to improve customer experience and increase conversion, also includes executing the site’s SEO strategy, reporting and identifying opportunities within the organic landscape and broadening BWS’ reach through User Generated Content (UGC) initiatives.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Onsite Content Production & implementation

  • Management of supplier & seasonal trading campaign’s

  • SEO analysis, including keyword research, to drive the implementation of optimised content & further refine the sites ongoing SEO strategy.

  • Enhancing BWS’ play within the UGC space, via leveraging third party platforms to drive these initiatives.

  • Maintain and optimise site search & navigation search, to ensure our online range is easily accessible & optimised based on the user's intent.

  • Apply UX principles to all parts of strategy and optimisation

  • Keep up to date with competitor and industry activity with trends in advertising, e-commerce, Liquor, and SEO

  • Use data to report on campaign related metrics for ongoing onsite optimisation

  • Manage internal stakeholders and external third party vendor relationships
