About us - for over 50 years Wilson Parking has been recognised as the market leader in the parking industry. We take pride in the fact car parks under our control are maintained to the highest standards and we deliver the highest level of parking efficiency to ensure our valued customers are provided with a seamless parking experience. This seamless experience doesn't just start and finish at the car park. Our Customer Care Team also assists customers with their enquiries via telephone and email, 7 days a week. Due to our continued growth and presence in the market, we are looking to add two talented Customer Care professionals to the team in our Melbourne branch.

About the role –
reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, in this exciting role you will be providing support to our customers across all levels of products and services on a national basis.

  • Full time role, shifts between 6am and 8pm Monday - Friday
  • There is an expectation to work occasional weekend shifts if required

Key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, embracing Wilson Customer Care Values
  • Work effectively with fellow team members, ensuring high volumes of customer enquires/requests are promptly responded to
  • See customer requests through from start to finish
  • An ability to learn new systems easily
  • Maintain knowledge of a variety of relevant business systems, proactively troubleshoot and identify potential faults promptly
  • Provide support for our award winning products including Book a Bay and epark (as required)

What we are looking for – if you are a resilient, hard-working self-starter who enjoys a challenge and can juggle multiple tasks whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail; we highly encourage you to apply for this role. To complement these attributes you must have an empathic, out-going and 'business savvy' personality and a flexible outlook, enabling you to be equally effective working as part of a team and individually. In addition, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
